Respecting the privacy of its customers, GEOMATEC implements the following efforts to protect personal information.

When the company collects personal information from customers, it does so only with each customer's consent,
informing him or her of the purpose of, use of, and GEOMATEC contact point for inquiries regarding such
information.
Personal information on customers is used only for the purpose of providing better products and services, within
the scope of the purposes of which the customers have been informed in advance. Such information is not
provided or disclosed to any other parties except in the following cases:
When such disclosure is required under law, regulations, or similar rules
When an inquiry has been received from the customer
When the customer has consented to such provision or disclosure in writing in advance
When there is a need to notify a shipping company of the customer name, address, and other information to
deliver products or other items to the customer

In consideration of the importance of the accuracy and soundness of personal information, GEOMATEC takes
measures to prevent incidents such as its unauthorized access or alteration, damage, loss, or leakage.
When a customer desires to check, correct, or suspend services in connection with personal information
concerning him or her, GEOMATEC will notify the customer of his or her personal information and will
accommodate such request for correction or suspension of services only when it has been able first to confirm
that the person making such request is indeed the customer to whom the information corresponds. Note that it
may take anywhere from several days to approximately one month to complete procedures requested in such a
case, depending on the content of the request.
When GEOMATEC outsources processing of personal information to an outside service provider, it controls such
information appropriately by contractually requiring the service provider to prevent leakage of such information
and to refrain from providing it to others.
In addition to complying with all laws and regulations applicable to personal information, GEOMATEC maintains
efforts related to the above items as well as activities to protect such information, reviews such efforts
periodically or as needed, and makes relevant improvements.
